DESPITE THE CHALLENGES WE HAVE FOR SPACE, the St. Pius Tenth Men‘s Group is once again holding the popular Sportsmen’s Dinner on Friday, February 13th.
This year, through the kindness of the Chili Fire Department, it will be held at Chili Company #1 on Chili Ave across from Chili-Paul Plaza. We’ll gather beginning around 6pm and will begin eating around 6:30 and we usually go till about 9pm or so. There is a kitchen available for cooking or warming food.
If you have some game in the freezer (or happen to kill it on the way to the dinner), you are welcome to cook it up to share with other like-minded hunters! If you want, please feel free to bring a snack or dessert to share.
If you are not a hunter, come and sample the fruits of the hunting harvest in a social atmosphere. We will also offer non-game dishes for those who are not so inclined.
There’s something for everyone. Drinks and snacks will also be provided. A free-will offering is all that it takes and you are welcome to bring a friend from outside the Parish as well.
We hope to see you Friday evening February 13th at the Chili #1 Fire Hall!
