About St. Pius X

St. Pius X Catholic Church and School was originally known as St. Feehan's and was located on Chestnut Ridge Road on the site of the current cemetery. Bishop Kearney celebrated the dedicatory Mass for the "new" Chili Avenue site on May 19, 1957. This "new" church was located in what is now the present school gynasium. The first Mass in the current church building was celebrated on January 26, 1971. A Parish Fellowship Center was added in January, 2006. Presently, St. Pius X serves over 2,000 families in the Diocese of Rochester.
